Joi Partridge

Founder and President

Joi W. Partridge was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. She is a graduate of the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Joi has been a Customer Service Agent with Delta Air Lines for more than 20 years and a representative with Primerica Financial Services where she holds her Life and Accident & Sickness Insurance License. After the tragic and unexpected loss of her mom and only two children, she started the Dorothy S. Wright Foundation to assist other families who lose their adolescent children. Her passion has always been to help others in need, just like her mother. In Joi’s spare time, she enjoys shopping, reading, traveling and watching sports. She resides in metro Atlanta with her husband.

Karla Sutherland

Karla Sutherland is a proud native of Atlanta, Georgia and a current resident of College Park, Ga. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She also holds a Master's Degree in School Counseling, a Specialist's Degree in School Counseling and a Leadership Certification from The University of West Georgia Karla has worked in the field of Education for the last seventeen (17) years as a Professional School Counselor in the middle school and high school settings. As a Professional School Counselor, she enjoys advocating for students and assisting them with academic, career, and personal/social goals and success. She has also served as an Athletic Director and Coach for softball and cheerleading. In her spare time, she enjoys international travel, playing softball, DIY home projects, shopping, attending sporting events and spending time with her family. She is a member of the Georgia School Counselors Association, American School Counselors Association and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Douglas Partridge

Douglas Partridge, an Atlanta native, is a union member for IATSE Local 92 for more than 30 years bringing you shows like Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, The Lion King, and The Color Purple. He is a graduate of Druid Hills High School in Atlanta GA. After the devastating and tragic loss of his mother-in-law and two kids, Doug assisted his wife in starting the Dorothy S. Wright Foundation. This has helped him keep their memory alive while helping others cope with their new reality. Doug enjoys fishing, playing golf, and watching sports. He resides in metro Atlanta with his wife.

Antesia Bell is a Georgia native, and she grew up in the Metro Atlanta area. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University. Antesia has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. She has expertise in both trust and investment management as well as fraud risk management. Antesia is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and a Certified Fraud Examiner. She is affiliated with the American Bankers Association, the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators, and the National Black MBA Association. Antesia still resides in the metro-Atlanta area with her husband and children.

Dr. LaTaucha Harris

Dr. LaTaucha Harris, is a proud native of Atlanta, Georgia grew up in College Park, Georgia. She attended Tuskegee University and later graduated with honors from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. She continued her education and received a Master of Arts in Education from Central Michigan University, an Education Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction from Argosy University, and a Doctor of Education degree in Instructional Leadership from Argosy University. LaTaucha received special education certification from the University of Georgia as well as an add-on certification for Educational Leadership from Georgia State University. LaTaucha has worked in education for over 20 years as a special education teacher and Instructional Support Leader. She is also a Customer Service Agent at Delta Air Lines. LaTaucha is a Girl Scout Leader, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and the Order of Eastern Star. In her spare time, she enjoys attending sporting events, viewing real estate, travelling, and mentoring through various organizations. She is also a member of the National Notary Association. LaTaucha resides in the Metro-Atlanta area with her husband and two children.
